Registration Information
We have reopened registration for online attendance at the CES 2024 Conference and the Capstone Conference. Register for either or both conferences here. The deadline for registrations for online attendance at both conferences is 30th August at 9:00 PM BST.
Online attendance at the Capstone Conference is free. The registration fees for online attendance at the CES 2024 Conference are below:

The deadline for in-person registration was 20th July 2024 at 4pm GMT.
The registration fee for the Capstone Conference is £65 (or £32.50/day) for in person attendance (online attendance is free).

INCLUSIVITY AWARDS FOR CES 24
To increase accessibility to students, un/under-waged delegates, those who face extra barriers to attend, as well as attendees from low and middle income countries, we are committed to helping with fee waivers to get people to CES 2024 who otherwise couldn’t attend. CES is also providing four travel awards via the ACE grant, which can be applied for in addition to a fee waiver. The application process will occur separately from, and prior to, registration, and the results of applications to travel grants and fee waivers will be available before the deadline for early bird registration.
